永磁除铁器的磁源采用高性能锶铁氧体硬磁材料，它产生的磁场强度高，磁场深度大，使用年限长，磁极组均布在工作面组成平面磁系，当永磁选铁器悬挂在皮带运输机一端，（见安装示意图）物料与铁杂物顺皮带运输机转动将同时冲向永磁选铁器，这样磁性物料(铁杂物)就牢固吸附在永磁选器上，而非磁性物料就掉落在所需的工作位置上，从而达到了选铁的目的。 永磁选铁器主要使用于各种皮带运输机，悬挂在落料端从而达到选铁目的，用于水泥行业、化工工业用煤、小型矿山、建筑材料、木材加工、铸造型砂处理以及其它物料中的除铁，并能够保证下道工序顺利进行。 The structure is illustrated below.The magnetic source of the permanent magnetic separator is made of high-performance strontium iron oxidation hard magnetic materials.It produces high magnetic field intensity,large depth magnetic field with durability.Magnetic fields are planted in groups on its working surface and form a flat magnetic system .When the separator hanging over the end of the rubber belt conveyer(see the installation illustration),the material moves with belt conveyer to the separator and the iron impurties will be absorbed on the separator,while the non-magnetic material drops to the designed working position,thus the separation accomplished.
